Last summer after moving into our new home I decided to replace the old post points on the fence posts and find something that was a little bit more creative. I spent a lot of time looking at some unusual varieties of post points and caps as well as some mahogany and other wood caps to see if I could find something different and interesting. While the selection was great, I couldn’t find something that would match exactly what I was thinking.

Then I discovered stainless steel and other metal caps outside of the more traditional copper. They had pewter and bronze as well as brushed and polished stainless. Once I saw the brushed stainless steel I knew I had found what I was looking for! Once they arrived, it took no time at all to get them installed and they looked exactly like I thought they would. Coupled with all my stainless grill and accessories, the back yard looked like a finely tuned, clean outdoor kitchen without actually building an outdoor kitchen. It’s a great place to entertain or just get away.
