Take Off the Weight and Keep it Off with the Atkins Diet Plan

The American diet has far too high a refined carbohydrate content to it. Our eating habits have substantially changed with the advent of prepared, pre-packaged, shelf stable foods, including items made with white flour and other refined grains. Earlier in our history when whole foods were mostly consumed and our physical activity was exponentially higher, obesity rates were much lower. The Atkins Diet Plan allows us to go back to a more sane example of eating by focusing more on lean proteins and fresh vegetables. Kids love the Chocolate Goji Berries

As a concerned and disciplined mother, I have always seen to it that my kids are given the healthiest food possible such as goji, in order to ensure their good growth, physically and intellectually.  Being a working, I was always careful that my kids did not fall sick, because taking leave from work was very difficult as I worked as a personal assistant to a senior executive in a bank.  To my relief, my children never created a fuss and would not show any inclination to eat junk foods, though Once in a while I would indulge them on my own. Total Fitness

Physical fitness is used in two very closely related meanings:

General fitness, which is a state of health and well-being and

Specific fitness, which is a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations.

Physical fitness is the capacity of the heart, blood vessels, lungs, and muscles to function at optimum efficiency. In previous years, fitness was defined as the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue. Automation, increased leisure time, and changes in lifestyles following the industrial revolution meant this criterion was no longer sufficient. Optimum efficiency is the key.

Physical fitness is now defined as the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situations. Fitness can also be defined into five categories aerobic fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
